Lee Ann Parden is from Mobile, Alabama and spent her summers as a teenager at the beach in Gulf Shores, AL. She loved going on family vacations to the Smokey Mountains as a child and fell in love with the Colorado Rocky Mountains as an adult. Lee Ann made Ouray her home in 2003, where she owned/managed a motel, retail spaces and apartments for several years. Prior to moving to Ouray, Lee Ann had successfully remodeled and sold several homes in Louisiana and Houston, TX, which helped to spark her desire to start a career in real estate in 2013. Her major focus as a real estate broker has been residential home sales and land, but she has experience in commercial sales as well.
In 2019 and 2020, Lee Ann served on the Board of Directors for Montrose Association of Realtors. She has also worked as a volunteer for Neighbor to Neighbor which serves the seniors of Ouray County with meals and transportation. Lee Ann currently works as a volunteer “Greeter” for Grace Community Church, where she loves meeting and greeting the folks who attend the services.
Lee Ann is so very grateful that she gets to live and work in Ouray. The surrounding beauty has inspired her to live her dreams of hiking, camping and cross country skiing. She is also grateful for her two grown daughters, their husbands and her grandchildren, Sophie and Nyle. Lee Ann understands the importance of faith and family and she values these above all other things in her life.
Lee Ann is dedicated to working hard for her clients, whether they are buying or selling property. In many cases her clients have become her friends as well. Her honesty and integrity have played a key role in her success as a real estate broker, along with her love for this business and the people she serves. Lee Ann looks forward to meeting and serving you with her no pressure style of doing business. However, Lee Ann’s true grit and devotion to her clients means she will fight for their best interest with every deal!
