Wild West Realty, LLC was established in April 2020, right in the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic! Lee Ann and her former partner Sharon Wild like to do things in a BIG WAY so they decided to join in on the biggest pandemic known to our world and turn lemons into lemonade with a fresh, new business venture. (Plus they had lots of time to plan their new business during the quarantine!)
As of January 1, 2023 Sharon, is no longer a partner with Wild West Realty, LLC. She has moved back to Texas, where she can be closer to her grandchildren. Sharon is greatly missed, but she is still be involved with real estate transactions here in Colorado from time to time.
Wild West Realty’s business moral code is based on three main things:
