Lee Ann Parden is from Mobile, Alabama and spent her summers as a teenager at the beach in Gulf Shores, AL. She loved going on family vacations to the Smokey Mountains as a child and fell in love with Colorado as an adult. She made Ouray her home in 2003, where she has owned/managed a motel, retail spaces and apartments. Prior to moving to Ouray, Lee Ann had successfully remodeled and sold several homes in Louisiana and Houston, TX, which inspired her desire to start a career in real estate sales in 2013. Her major focus as a real estate broker has been residential home sales and land, but she has experience in commercial sales as well.
